Overview

The green-capped eremomela, or greencap eremomela, is a bird species currently classified in the family Cisticolidae. It was formerly included in the 'Old World warbler' assemblage but has since been reclassified.

Habitat

The species inhabits subtropical or tropical dry forests and dry savanna across a wide range in Africa, including Angola, Botswana, Burundi, the Republic of the Congo, DRC, Gabon, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
