Overview

Ansorge's greenbul (Eurillas ansorgei), also known as Ansorge's bulbul, is a passerine bird belonging to the bulbul family. The species is currently classified as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Habitat

This species inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests across western and central Africa. Two subspecies are recognised: E. a. ansorgei, found from western Guinea to south-western Uganda and eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, and E. a. kavirondensis, located in western Kenya.
