The fan-tailed gerygone (Gerygone flavolateralis) is a species of bird in the family Acanthizidae classified as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List. The Rennell gerygone, previously considered part of the same species, was split as distinct by the IOC in 2021.

Habitat

This species is found in New Caledonia and Vanuatu.
