The rufous-throated tanager (Ixothraupis rufigula) is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae. It is restricted to Colombia and Ecuador.
Habitat
This species inhabits subtropical or tropical moist montane forests as well as heavily degraded former forests. Its range is limited to Colombia and Ecuador.
