Overview

The rufous-backed sibia (Leioptila annectens) is a passerine bird in the family Leiothrichidae. It is the only species currently placed in the genus Leioptila, having previously been assigned to the genus Heterophasia.

Habitat

This species inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forests. Its range extends from the Himalayas to south-central Vietnam.
