Overview

Van Hasselt's sunbird (Leptocoma brasiliana) is a species of bird in the family Nectariniidae. It is native to Northeast India, Bangladesh, and Southeast Asia.

Habitat

This species inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests. Its range extends from northeast India and east Bangladesh through the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Borneo, and various surrounding islands.
