The anteater chat, also known as the northern anteater-chat, is a bird species belonging to the family Muscicapidae. It is currently classified as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Habitat

This species has a range extending across the Sahel and the East African montane forests. Its natural habitats include dry savanna, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland.
