Overview

The ashy-throated warbler (Phylloscopus maculipennis) is a species of leaf warbler belonging to the family Phylloscopidae. It was formerly classified within the 'Old World warbler' assemblage and is currently listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Habitat

This species inhabits temperate forests as well as subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. Its range extends across the Himalayas, Yunnan, Northeast India and northern Indochina.
