Overview

The white-browed laughingthrush (Pterorhinus sannio) is a bird species classified as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List. First described by Robert Swinhoe in 1867, it was formerly placed in the genus Garrulax but was transferred to Pterorhinus in 2018 following molecular phylogenetic studies.

Habitat

The species is found in China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
