The masked tanager (Stilpnia nigrocincta) is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae. It is native to the region of South and Central America, with its presence recorded across seven countries.
Habitat
It resides in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forests. Its geographical range extends across Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Venezuela.
