The white-rumped babbler (Turdoides leucopygia) is a species of bird in the family Leiothrichidae. It is currently classified as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Habitat

Found in Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and South Sudan, this species inhabits bushland, scrubland and dense secondary forest. In the mountains of Degua Tembien, it is often found near cliffs, gorges or water.
