Macleay's honeyeater (Xanthotis macleayanus) is a honeyeater endemic to Australia. It has a limited distribution within the country and is currently listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

Habitat

The species is found only in northern Queensland, ranging from Cooktown to the southern end of the Paluma Range. Its natural habitats consist of tropical dry forests and tropical moist lowland forests.
