Birdamp for iPhone is in beta

The iPhone and iPad app is not in the App Store yet. You can use it today through TestFlight, Apple’s app for trying apps before they are released. Joining takes about two minutes.

How to join

  1. Install TestFlight

On your iPhone or iPad, download TestFlight from the App Store. It is Apple’s own app.

  2. Open the invite

On the same device, tap Join the beta on TestFlight at the top of this page, then tap Accept.

  3. Install Birdamp

Tap Install. Birdamp then opens from your home screen like any other app.

You need iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.

Good to know

  • Updates arrive through TestFlight. Turn on Automatic Updates in TestFlight’s settings to get each new build as soon as it is out.
  • Each beta build works for up to 90 days, and a newer one arrives before then.
  • Purchases are free while you test, and they do not carry over to the App Store version. A subscription bought in the beta renews every day, up to six times a week: that is how TestFlight tests renewals.
  • Found a problem? Take a screenshot in Birdamp, tap it, then tap Share Beta Feedback. Or open TestFlight, choose Birdamp and tap Send Beta Feedback.
  • Joining through this link keeps your name and email address private. We see only your number of sessions and crashes, the day you installed, and which version you have.
  • To leave the beta, open Birdamp in TestFlight and tap Stop Testing.

Hear the bird, not the breeze.
